Fostering the Connection equips foster parents, educators, churches, social workers, and nonprofit leaders with practical tools, meaningful insight, and strategic support that strengthen care and deepen impact.
Interactive, practical training designed for professionals and organizations that work with children and families. We go beyond defining trauma to help participants understand how trauma shows up in behavior, relationships, learning, and everyday interactions—and what to do in response.
Becoming trauma-informed is about more than completing a training. Our organizational assessments take a closer look at how your environment, policies, practices, and interactions support the people you serve.
We help identify strengths, uncover gaps, and provide practical recommendations to help your organization become more trauma-aware, relationship-centered, and responsive.
We partner with foster care agencies and child- and family-serving organizations to provide ongoing education and training throughout the year. Rather than scheduling one training at a time, organizations can build a customized training partnership that meets the continuing education needs of their staff and families.
